Kathy Boden Holland is the Chief Executive Officer, effective December 2021.
Prior to joining CST, Ms. Boden Holland served as President of the Medical and Healthcare Group within Adtalem Global Education (NYSE: ATGE), where she grew the organization while expanding margins and improving student outcomes. Previously, Boden Holland served as executive vice president at Elevate Credit, Inc., a fintech company focused on helping people build their credit score and take control of their finances, from 2014 to 2018. She was the executive VP, corporate development, of Think Finance Incorporated from 2012 to 2014 and president of RLJ Financial LLC, from 2010 to 2012.
Boden Holland earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. Currently, Boden Holland serves as an advisory board member of the Center for the Business of Health at the University of North Carolina.

Deep experience and expertise in managing and effectively growing technology businesses and P&L centers ranging from $1.2B in annual revenue to startups with annual revenues of under $10M.
